Self-igniting blowtorch with safety lock. Ideal for gluing sugar pieces together or caramelizing the surface of entremets, crème brûlée, etc. To be used with the Stop Gaz cartridge (code 17450), a safety cartridge that stops gas leaking if the cartridge is disconnected with the flashlight.
