Stainless steel 304L. Enables to store and sterilize knife-holders. The removable supports provide a great modularity allowing to fit different knife-holders in. Sterilization made by two UV tubes (code Bobet 9739). Suitable with our different knife-holders (or knife-boxes) : codes 7780, 7870, 12639 and 20955.

Spraying sterilizer

Knife sterilizer in stainless steel 304L, wall mounted. Mechanical action by spraying controlled by a knee push valve. Easy to install : works without electricity and must be connect to the hot water system. Cleans the blade as well as the guard. Sterilizes from 75°C. Maximum capacity : 4 knives.
